Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Returns and Refunds

We always try to ensure that our products are sent out in perfect condition. However sometimes due to situations beyond our control, for example a damage occurring during delivery, your item may arrive in an unsatisfactory state. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item or your item is wrong please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

When contacting us please include your full name, email address, postal delivery address, order number, reason for fault and a photograph where applicable. If a photo is not included this may cause a delay in processing your query and we may ask you to provide photographic evidence before we provide a solution.

If there are persistent claims for refunds from the same individual or group of individuals, we reserve the right not to issue a refund or replace an order. We may refuse to take any future orders from any such customers and will inform them of our decision in writing, via email.

We will not offer returns/refund for any item which has been personalised or is perishable unless the item was received faulty or unless there can be shown an error has been made on OUR part.

Please double check your order on screen before confirming your purchase as we will be unable to offer a replacement or a refund where personalisation has been misspelt due to an error made by yourself.

Amending or cancelling an order

If you wish to cancel an order or make changes you must contact us immediately, changes can be made until your order has entered production or has been despatched, after this time it is no longer possible to change or cancel an order.

Faulty items

If the item received is faulty, please contact us with the order number, name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether a refund or a replacement is required. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. If the item is faulty, please return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse.
